Once you book a session, either online or in person, the therapist will contact you to share all the necessary information about your appointment. We offer a complimentary online introduction session for those who are new to therapy or our services. During this appointment, you will have the opportunity to meet the therapist, discuss your goals, and have any questions or concerns addressed. We are committed to ensuring you feel confident and at ease, as you embark on your journey towards well-being.Whether you are seeking support for a specific challenge or simply looking to explore personal growth, we are here to guide you.
Can I change my plan later?
The number of sessions required to address a problem can vary significantly for each individual and is influenced by several factors. These factors include the specific issue being tackled, whether the client has previously engaged in therapy for this issue, the client’s personal history, and their readiness for change.In my practice, the typical course of therapy ranges from three to seven sessions. This time frame allows for a thorough exploration of the issues and helps develop effective strategies for resolution. However, it’s important to note that in some cases, a single session may be sufficient, especially for clients I have worked with previously or those facing more straightforward challenges. Therapy is a collaborative process. Together, we will regularly assess progress and adjust the course as necessary. The most important thing is to focus on your needs and feel supported throughout the journey.
