The Process of Customized Therapy and its application
Each individualized therapy session lasts 90 minutes and is entirely adaptable to the client's preferences. This one-on-one focus allows for an in-depth exploration of the client's issues and concerns. During these sessions, clients can:
- Utilize the time for coaching and getting answers to pressing questions.
- Engage in regression therapy to explore past influences on current behavior.
