The Process of Regression Therapy
A typical RT session lasts up to 90 minutes. However, before embarking on this healing journey, the therapist must consider certain conditions that may be contraindicated, and these are carefully evaluated to ensure the client’s safety and readiness.
Unlike hypnotherapy, RT does not require a detailed case history. Instead, a brief overview of the issue is taken, along with an understanding of what the client would like to achieve during the session. The therapist then guides the client through a process of discovery, helping them trace the origins of their current issues and understand how these are impacting their present life.
Once clarity is achieved and insights are gained, the wisdom and healing uncovered during the session can be integrated. The session concludes with a brief discussion to address the client's remaining questions.
