Minimum age requirement

A minimum age of 18 is required; in any other case, an approved or accompanied adult is required.

Refund of products

All products can be returned within 7 days, we offer a return in credit that can be used on other services or products within 3 months provided that returned items are in the same condition as the original package.

1. Refunds:
   • We do not offer refunds once a session is booked. We recommend checking your availability before confirming your appointment to ensure it fits your schedule.
2. Rescheduling:
   • Life can be unpredictable, and we understand that plans can change. You are welcome to reschedule your appointment once as long as the request is made at least 48 hours before your scheduled time.
   • Requests to reschedule made within 48 hours may not be accommodated, but we will do our best to assist you in such situations.
3. Emergencies:
   • If an emergency arises and you cannot attend your session, please reach out to us promptly. We evaluate exception requests on a case-by-case basis and aim to be as understanding as possible.
4. Late Arrivals:
   • We encourage you to arrive on time to enjoy your session fully. If you are late, the session may need to be shortened to respect other clients' time, but the full session fee will still apply.
